When I asked for my pets medical record Dr. O’brian refused to send it… Why? Unless there’s something in there he doesn’t want me to see, or it’s just incomplete, why not give it to me? Frankly it feels illegal; it’s my pets record. I should be able to see it & have it. It’s a record of services I have paid for. (Also, why is he handling these requests? Seems like a job for his support staff.) It’s sketchy as heck…

My recent interaction with Dr. O'Brien left me thoroughly disappointed. We share a mutual patient, and I requested medical records for continuity of care. Initially, I appreciate his attempt to send them; however, the professionalism and helpfulness ended there. Unfortunately, the records didn't reach us, and when I communicated this issue, Dr. O'Brien displayed an unwillingness to resend them. Communication is a key aspect of the veterinary profession, and the lack of cooperation in this instance was unhelpful and unprofessional. While I acknowledge the initial effort, the subsequent lack of willingness to resolve the issue has left me questioning the level of service provided. Disappointed with the overall experience.

Doc O'Brien is incredible! He is honest, loves animals and tells it like it is. He has never tried to up sell any care my dogs don't need. His prices are fair and my dogs are comfortable with him.

This place is awesome. No nonsense. I bring my pets and he gives them what they need. The doctor is very knowledgeable and I’m always in and out with no issues and all my questions answered. Pricing is very reasonable. My dogs love him. I love this place!

Dr. O'Brien assisted us with a very difficult situation and guided us to a satisfactory conclusion. He was compassionate, understanding, and not judgmental. Parting with a loved pet is extremely painful as as anyone who has owned a pet knows. My wife and I highly recommend his practice.
