I've used their services for many years. Their basic care has been excellent, and continues to be so. I recently took my cat in because of sudden weight loss. Dr. Tim Nelson was kind, understanding, and forthright in his diagnosis. He also called not once but twice the same evening to ensure he had given me the correct instructions on the medicine he sent home with me. I recommend the clinic's services and Dr. Nelson's care completely.

The staff is very kind, and always helpful! I always get nervous if my pet needs a procedure but they are very reassuring and eager to answer any questions. I had no hesitation leaving my cat for his dental procedure. I will always recommend Ames Pet Hospital to anyone who has a pet, they truly go above and beyond making both me and my pet feel comfortable!

This was my first visit w my Charlie. She is a Shih Tzu. This is an amazing, caring, and wonderful staff. The Pet Hospital will be permanent stop for my pups Charlie and Sheen. Thanks Steve Greve

I can’t say enough about Dr. Brandon Weyhing. He diagnosed our beloved kitty with a terminal condition and was so patient, kind and compassionate through the process of helping her cross the rainbow bridge. He explained everything so we would know what to expect, as this was the first time our family had gone through this. He is patient and gentle and it is obvious how much he truly cares about his patients and their families.

I recommend Ames Pet Hospital to all my friends! The friendly staff take extra time with my dog who’s scared of the vet which makes it a s stress free experience for us all.
