You never want to be in a situation like ours but when you are, you should be happy this is available. Sadly I've been twice due to an In-Laws puppy and then my puppy. They have always been prompt, friendly. They're forward about the cost, though they've been very reasonable thus far. I hope I never have another petmergency, but if I do, this is where I'm rushing the dog for some great care.

My wife Janelle and I came in recently. Everyone was so kind and thorough. I felt very at ease that staff, technicians, and the veterinarian were giving our pet the best care possible, while providing a calm and reassuring atmosphere for us while we waited. All staff working that day were amazing. Front desk, technicians and doctor Garcia were all wonderful. The empathy, compassion, education, and thoroughness of exams and information provided were all paramount.

The staff at Allied was absolutely amazing! My dog had us panicked after an issue with coughing up blood/actively bleeding, and they saw us right away. Dr. Brittany was so patient, caring, and ensured that Lana was fixed. She provided us with options and conducted a thorough check. She didn’t give up and got Lana stitched up when we couldn’t find a source of bleeding originally. The vet techs and staff were so caring with Lana and patient with us stressed-out dog parents. They gave her a blanket to sleep on while she was coming out of sedation. I really want to thank everyone at Allied. It was a hands-down great experience on a very scary day. Thank you for treating Lana with such care and attention. She was in great hands.

Service was prompt and everyone involved (Dr. Borck, Nathan, Marissa, and another individual whose name I didn't catch but who very helpfully fed our puppy) was transparent, professional, and kind. I really appreciated their patience and help in assessing and treating him! Nathan was very helpful both on the phone and during sign-in, and Dr. Borck really helped me weigh my options. I felt less alone in there thanks to everyone. The communication and collaboration with me about options and how to proceed really helped me feel like he was in good hands
