While the prices were good the customer service is not. The website does not say that things are not in stock and it will take a long time for them to ship out. And they don't update your order to show tracking. They caused undue stress and wasted my time. I won't be back.

Please t. No stress or pressure. Just overall assessment of Forrests health & plan for monitoring polop hanging from his gums . Apparently no pain or signs of any abscesses. . Will watch in case it enlarges but looks like it will just fall off on its on.

Customer service is very bad, they don't answer, they don't send tracking # and it's been 7 days, I don't recommend buying from this place

If I could get this website and their customer service 0 stars I would. I ordered the dog calming spray and after about a week and a half I still had not received it. I checked the tracking number they provided and noticed it was saying it was delivered via USPS. I contacted AllVet to advise them I never got the product as the tracking number suggested. They then emailed me back saying the tracking number shows I received it. I reiterated that yes it does show that, but I didn't have the product. After they were done accusing me of lying they agreed to send me another one, free of charge, and requested a signature for it (which I was fine with).
