I brought my dog (springer spaniel) in, we discussed grooming- I said I didn’t want her shaved but she needed to be cut/styled. 5 hours later I picked her up and she still had mats in her ears, the hair on her backside and belly is noticeably uneven, and there was still a leaf in her hair from when I dropped her off! I immediately took her back in and asked about the grooming services had been and I was told that because I didn’t want her shaved they didn’t take any off and the best they could do is have me bring her back the next day (this was 1pm- they close at 6) after getting her home, she has clipper burn marks in both armpits, and distinct clipper scrapes across her belly- it looked like it had bled. It’s awful. 70$ for a bath and scrapes. I would not recommend.

Not cleaned properly. Allowed my dog to sit in his own filth, neglectful. Horrible employee who was unprofessional and did not even know how to put my dog's harness on my dog (why work up front if you do not know how to utilize pet accessories?). An unpleasant trip overall.

It's always apprehensive bringing your pet to a new grooming place, especially if no one has referred you to one. But I went on line and was encouraged by the reviews. An appointment was made and the results were rated 5+. They took special care with her and the cut was professional. Thank you All Star!

I am so pleased with how my boys were groomed! They look, smell and feel amazing! They took their time to make sure our puppy acclimated well. My boys were very happy, I could tell it was a good experience for them! Totally recommend!
