Took our yorkie to get her normal tight teddy bear cut …$70 down the drain all I think they did was trim around her eyes. I don’t even think they bathed her and on top of it all they put her dirty sweater back in her ! We have been going here for years never had any problems till this past Friday!

Took our 4 month old Labradoodle for her first haircut. We didn't know how she would react but she did wonderful! The staff was very pleasant from start to finish. I was able to get a next day appt and our puppy was very happy. She received a summer cut for the warmer months ahead and I was pleased with the outcome. We look forward to our future visits. Thank you!

I was so devastated when I went to pick up my pups. They did an awful job cutting my two Shih Tzu‘s. They charged me a matting fee when all they did was shave them completely down. They didn’t brush the mat. They didn’t spend time on the mat, I don’t know what I was charged for. If all you were gonna do is shave them, that doesn’t take any more effort! I asked for a teddy bear face and they cut all the hair off the top of their heads. It was not even straight! Then on top of it they charged me $175. I received an invoice after I left and it said the price was 160 and that I paid 160. Obviously they charged me more and put it in her pocket! I would not recommend this place to anybody!!!

There is NO EXCUSE to shave my border collie when we explicitly said not to cut into the undercoat. I have a shaved dog now :( First, they did not follow instructions, and second, a reputable business would never ever cut into an undercoat on dog breeds that have them. In my opinion, this business used the easy way in shaving and did not bother doing it the right way. This is our second time here and the first time they did a wonderful job. I was soooo devastated he was shaved. He is 11.

Went once and the lady who is no longer there was nice and cut my dogs hair good. The second time I took my dog the girl at the front had a pretty bad attitude when I expressed that they did not cut it right. Then she told me “it looks like the picture 🤷🏻‍♂️” I wouldn’t recommend this place based of the attitude and lack of accountability.
