Customer Reviews
Fast, easy, friendly service. I walked in and was promptly greeted. She immediately asked if I needed help with anything and I told her what brand food I was looking for. She said, yup, right back here and walked me to it. She also asked what breed to make sure I got the right size. I was in and out with what I needed in less than 2 minutes.
On 9/12/21 visit the pet store where I purchased a sling for my fur gbaby. She didn’t stay in it after I walked away. So I came back to pay the difference for a stroller she didn’t have any, so I was willing to take a loss in the price difference to purchase the backpack. I was very unsatisfied.
I’m there 2-3 times a week , they will help you the best they can & have multiple things for a lot of different animals & reptiles ,
Don't get into the reptile game if you aren't knowledgeable of it. you are THE ONLY place that will not exchange feeders. Snakes are finicky eaters, you acted like this was something new. The very first visit in store I asked if this would be an issue and was assured, "of course, no problem" then when I unfortunately have to, you won't. My business will be elsewhere from here on out and I will no longer support this small business or recommend this place.
I visited this store today and observed a Quaker parrot in a cage that is far too small and did not contain a single toy for the parrot to play with. Additionally, the parrot is on display inside a flea market, exposed to fumes from burning incense, perfume, and essential oil diffusers all over the place. Standing in front of the pet store, you can smell nothing but incense, perfume, and essential oil. Owner, do you know this is killing the parrot you're trying to sell? This is not a joke. Do you know how sensitive parrots' respiratory systems are? Google it. Your search results will confirm that these fumes are deadly to parrots. Move the parrot out of the flea market and into a HEPA-filtered environment. Put the parrot in a much larger cage and add a few toys ffs Response to owner Edit:
