If I could leave zero stars I would. The lack of communication regarding the $100k my company has spent on items that have not been delivered is absurd. I feel like this company does nothing but lie and make up excuses. After they run out of excuses, they just ghost you and refuse to engage. I have three very expensive oxygen cages ordered, and paid for, that I cannot get any information on. Last communication was in November. The veterinary world is a very small world, Aeolus, actions like this will shut you down very quick. Especially, when your contracted vendors complain about not being able to get ahold of you. You need to do better, Aeolus, or get out of dodge.

Buyer beware- while the staff seems to want to make the product right, they fall short in answering questions and will ghost you. Do not even think about purchasing the kennels. The flooring is a nightmare, heavy, cumbersome, and now bowing. The hardware is already falling apart, and you can't find it in the USA. Anything that is shipped from them takes a painfully long time to arrive. The kennels leak from the sides, we were told there is a caulk that is preferred and works well, but have been emailed 3 times to find out what it is and 6 weeks later still have no answer. It feels like Aeolis is in way over their heads. There are no words to say how disappointed we are in their products, and a massive investment for shelter animals was money wasted.

Worked with some of the new brushless nova dryers, 1 in 3 broke within 6 months, and owner informed me company will not fix it even though it comes with 1 yr warranty!!! I'd never buy from this company. Edited, 2 in 3 broke within a year, it's just over the year mark and i'm expecting the last one to break now too. Replaced the board on the first one because the knob seized. The last one only turns off when unplugged now, the switch on top will not turn it off.. but it works, right? Do better they called me and wanted me to change the review after sending out 1 to me.. is what they said.. no sorry, you told your supplier to send one to me because they are under contract and neither of you wanted to honor it. Could only find the board to replace from some australian groom supply comp

UPDATE: the company got back to us and send out new parts, will keep the review updated. 8/27/24. Also trying to reach somebody about 3 faulty driers we bought from this company costing $900 each. We have emailed, called , messaged, WhatsApp messaged. We have tried every outlet for months with no reply. Be very cautious shopping here.

I really love Aeolus, they are very accommodating and willing to help in any way they can. I have used many products from Aeolus and have been happy with all of them. My favorites so far are the MC-230 clippers, the oxygen concentrator and therapy cage, and the saddle rolling chairs.
