Aardvark Animal Hospital

I have been blown away by my experience with Aardvark Animal Hospital. It has a family practice feel with incredible service, knowledgeable and personable doctors, patient and friendly staff, and access to the best surgeons. I am a super anxious pet mom of 3 (I'd be a nightmare on a PTA), and they always easy my worries and validate my concerns. I had been dealing with an issue with my cat Dexter for YEARS and his previous vet (a chain which I will not name but you can guess) could never get to the bottom of it and pretty much told me it was nothing. I took Dexter to Dr. Boeck and she found the source of the problem in one visit. Within two weeks, he had gained back an ENTIRE POUND after years of unexplained weight loss. Took my cat to Dr. Feola at Aardvark yesterday and he and all of the staff are so professional and very skilled. Dr. Feola had been my vet at another practice for about 10 years and he is by far the best vet I've had (and I've had many as I've moved to several states). That practice was sold and I just found Dr. Feola has this practice near me. I immediately made an appointment and it was an excellent experience for me and my 14 year old cat. My cat was much more relaxed during her exam and when we got home she didn't run under the bed. Instead she relaxed on the living room floor and took a bath. Just amazing behavior for her. I highly recommend Aardvark Vet in Garner and Dr. Feola!

I called with an issue with my sweet Soup. They got me in an hour later and had me answers within another hour. They explained everything carefully and unfortunately we had to make the most heartbreaking choices and lost our Souplini. They had a beautiful box made and care package that we ordered for his ashes. It all came so carefully done. There was even 3 hairs from him on his clay paw print that we will cherish forever. They ALSO sent us a card in the mail with his little paw prints on it. Thank you, Aardvark and thank you to the staff and the kind vet. Thank you so so much.

I’m so glad I found this veterinary clinic! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and made my dog feel comfortable. The vet was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and took time to explain my dog’s health and treatment options without rushing. The facility is spotless and well-organized, and the pricing felt very fair for the quality of care. After just one visit, I feel completely confident bringing my dog here for all future checkups. We usually have 3 vets/offices at a time just because of different needs. We have finally been able to have all our needs met in one place. We also find them to be extremely affordable. All the vets and techs have always been extremely kind, and I love how clean it always is and never smells like "animals". Dr. Boeck has been our primary vet.
