A Dog's Life and Kitty Too

I've taken my dog twice and there will not be a third time. The first experience was great - no complaints. The second time - I'm not sure if they let the trainees at my dog but his nails were clipped horrifically short (definitely bled) and he has nicks all over his belly. I won't deny he may have had a tangle here or there because he has a very high maintenance coat, but he gets thoroughly brushed every day so there were definitely no knots or matting that could explain all the scrapes. My boyfriend went to pick him up and was told he wasn't ready; he could hear our dog howling and screaming when the groomers tried to get him out of the cage because he was so scared. And then it was $60.

Took my Yorkie mix on 7-31-2025 for the first time. Excellent job, friendly staff. Melanie cut my dog just the way I asked. Highly recommend 😎

We just had our very big and fluffy cat groomed here. He was long overdue for a lion cut and we have tried ourselves to keep him from getting mats, but like most cats he doesn't like his tummy or back legs touched and brushing only goes so far. Do you know how hard it is to find places willing to groom cats? He was just picked up with a beautiful cut, but I was floored when my husband told me they said he was so good for them and that he even did his air biscuits. And that's why you leave it to the professionals. We will definitely be back and appreciate y'all being good to our Stormy boy!

I took my very dirty Akita there and she came out gorgeous! I seriously could not be happier. The modified house is super cute and everyone was so sweet. I decided to use one of the students and my girl looked just like a long time pro had groomed her. I am definitely going to be a long term customer!!
