The absolute *best* little gem to find the perfect treat for a furry friend here in the city — I fell in love with the exquisitely crafted and curated selection of holiday and NYC themed goodies for some out-of-town gifts & Susan is a true treasure of a small business owner. Two minutes in and we were fast friends. I am so grateful to have found this little haven of happiness in the hustle and bustle, and I look forward to my next “excuse” to pop in. Thanks again, Susan, for a wonderful experience!

Great selection of toys, treats, and accessories for doggies! Love the store’s vibes and Susan’s real lovely and helpful getting my girls’ jackets fitted well.

I was on the hunt for birthday biscuits for my pup who’s turning 1 tomorrow and luckily found this shop (otherwise would’ve had to trek all the way to Queens). I’m so glad I found this shop because they had so many options to choose from. I picked the ‘happy birthday’ biscuit along with a mini cupcake and a birthday cake stuffed toy. Susan was so helpful and patient while I was choosing which biscuit I wanted and while browsing the store. There’s so many goodies and was hard for me to leave cause I wanted to get everything for my pup. There is a $10 credit card minimum. This will probably be my go to shop for birthday biscuits moving forward!

I have known Zoomies and Susan the owner for years now. She has an amazing selection of safe, and fun dog toys, leashes, and healthy treats. You can see that Susan's heart is in this. The layout of the shop is very well organized and appealing. When we pass by, my dogs always drag me inside for a treat. Everytime we go in there are new items on display, very impressive. Love seeing a locally owned shop like this. I would say this is a super high recommendation. Thank you Susan for being in the West Village and adding to the living standards of NYC's pups :). The shop sells lovely products, many of them uniquely designed and hand made. The lady who works there, who I presume to be the owner, has a brusk and forthright manner that left me feeling as though I’d been snapped at when asking a basic question. Her tone is easily interpreted as rude, even if she does not mean to be. I would not shop there again for this reason, I prefer shops with warmer customer service, even if the products are lovely. Customer service matters for ma y of us.
