Play Pals NYC

My husband and I have trusted Play Pals with taking care of our fur-babies for over 5 years now. Not only do they give them lots of TLC while you’re away; they’re also able to take care of senior animals and animals with medical needs. Ana in particular has always been amazing with all of our cats—past and present—and they clearly have (and had) a lot of love for her. Thanks so much Play Pals for giving our babies so much love and for giving us peace of mind when we travel!

I’ve been using Play Pals since I got my dog in the summer of 2021, and they have been consistently amazing since then. The messages and detail provided on all the walks gives me peace of mind, and seeing how my dog reacts to their walkers coming to take her out makes me confident that they’re treating her like the queen she is. The team is always super helpful and responsive whenever an issue comes up. The price is also very hard to beat in NYC! Would highly recommend!

Play Pals have been watching my three cats for almost a decade. I don’t know what we’d do without them. They’re quick to respond, incredibly flexible, and professional. Sitters are consistent so my cats know the person coming to feed and play with them. On a personal note, PlayPays were a godsend after my mother passed away unexpectedly last year. They took on the last minute reservation and provided excellent care. They went out of their way, in more ways than one, so I knew we were in good hands. Brian, y’all are the best, especially Steven. We’ve been using Play Pals cat sitting services for the past 9 years and always feel our cats are in the best hands when we’re away. If you’re looking for any help with caring for your pets I would highly recommend using them. They provide updates and pictures and are excellent with communication.

We have been using Play Pals for a little over a year now and we cannot recommend it enough. We always hated leaving our fur baby behind and Play Pals has made us feel so much better.
