We had a very positive first experience for our pups first-ever vet visit. From the moment we got there Grace was very welcoming, kind and informative. The Doctor was incredible too. She answered all of my questions on a case by case basis and was extremely knowledge. I was amazed at how much time she shared with us. I don’t think our Gracie is going to be afraid to go back and that says a lot.

The vet on Mondays and Wednesdays has no bedside manners. she didn’t even addressed the only affliction my dog has until I asked her when she was leaving and she didn’t even looked at me or checked the dog, she just sent a prescription with the assistant. I have been there 3 times on 3 different weeks for the same issue, and she wants me to return a 4th time, when none of the times I have returned, the vet has come to talk and explain to me why she is doing, what she is doing. Very bad service from her.

Positives: Nice folks I was able to get a prompt appointment Clean facility When my last dog died, they (the 86th street location) mailed me a letter that was hand signed by the staff and a rose, which was very thoughtful. Issues: They diagnosed my lab with a grade 4 tooth root abscess and quoted me roughly $1600 for extraction (including exam and antibiotics) after merely glancing at it (he didn't go in the back, no x-rays, etc). I did some digging and there's no way it was a grade 4, more like a grade 2. Either way, I consulted with another well known and respected local doc, including photos of the tooth/gums, and was able to get him scheduled for an extraction for less than $400 (literally 1/4 the cost). I don't know who in their right mind is paying nearly two grand to have a single

Normally I go to College Park Pet Wellness Clinic but I had an urgent need and Zionsville Pet Wellness Clinic had an opening. Since they’re a sister clinic it made sense to me. College Park Pet Wellness Clinic rocks too. I called a bunch before coming and they were supportive and understanding. When we arrived they immediately took us to a room and started getting information. Our vet tech was wonderful, the doctor was wonderful and the other staff were kind and caring. They came up with a game plan and helped me and my dog Lulu. I’m so grateful they got us into an appointment.

Had the best visit today with my puppy! The care we received was phenomenal but the people made the experience everything I could have ever hoped for. I’m so happy we found you guys!!
