I’ve been a client here for years, and my experience has steadily gone downhill. If your dog is ever in bad shape and needs to be seen urgently, do not expect help from this clinic. Every single time I’ve called needing care, I’ve been told they’re “too busy today,” “too busy tomorrow,” and basically unavailable when it matters most. Emergency situations always end up being handled—and paid for—at another veterinary office. It’s become very clear that this practice prioritizes horses, not dogs. If you own a horse, maybe this is a great vet. If you have a dog, this is one of the worst places you could take them. Appointments are another issue entirely. You can expect to wait an hour or more past your scheduled time with no explanation. There is no respect for clients’ time or schedules.

Dr. McDavitt takes care of our 5 Vizslas like they are her own. No matter what the problem or concern is, we have the utmost confidence in her treatment plan and recommendations. We are very lucky that we found her group and there is no other veterinarian clinic that I would recommend.

I am honestly appalled with their service. I have witnessed multiple horses have a multitude of serious problems, including colic, severe trauma, and obvious lameness. The vets have joked about them, dismissed them, and never did further testing or proper treatment at all. I’ve seen them let dying horses live, instead of putting them down. It is very upsetting to see, and I am surprised they are still in business. The vets are unprofessional, and it was upsetting to see them joke about a serious issue and dismiss the poor horse. I hope action is taken to prevent this in the future.

Dr McDavitt, Kim and all the employees here are beyond incredible! They have been instrumental in assisting with us as new horse owners this year. Recently we faced a challenge where we needed quick action and results. Dr McDavitt personally moved his schedule around, made a quick visit to our barn and stayed late in the evening on a Friday to get us answers and ensure our horses are happy and healthy. It means the world to us to have such caring and personable professionals to work with. They have earned our business for a lifetime and I strongly recommend them to all families who want to provide their animals with the best care. Thank you for showing us kindness is possible! We appreciate everything your entire staff does.

We love Dr. Erin Wilson and her assistant. They came out today to visit and check over our mini Shetland pony, Saint Francis. They were wonderful! Thank you so much!
