ZIGGY’S RIOJA PET GROOMING

I took my two dogs to Ziggy's Pet Grooming for what I thought would be a routine grooming appointment, but it turned into a nightmare. The staff not only mishandled my dogs but caused serious injuries by chopping off their claws and cutting the quick on five claws of my smaller dog and two on my larger dog. They were still bleeding hours later when we got home. When I initially called to schedule their appointments, the guy on the phone simply told me to bring them in at 8:30. However, upon arrival, the owner informed us that we should have made an appointment. She claimed her ex-husband sabotages her by doing this over the phone. It was a chaotic and unprofessional atmosphere from the start. The facility itself was filthy, which made me question their overall hygiene and care standards.

Brought my puppies for their first haircut ever. I was nervous because I don’t want them to develop aggressive behavior towards being groomed. They did a great job, and my puppies came out adorable and without trauma.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ziggy's! Our fur baby needed help with his shedding. Elena and her team did a great job. He was so happy and his coat was shiny, soft and smelled wonderful. Thank you! We will definitely be bringing our pup back.

We have a 7 year old golden doodle, who religiously has to be groomed every 6-8. Weeks. The groomers at Ziggy’s do an amazing job every time. They always shave him just the right amount and make him look like he’s going to be on television. Thank you for doing what you do so well.

Jackson did an amazing job on our poor little Maltipoo that was in very bad shape. I really recommend him!
