ESRVC is amazing! I have been taking my dogs to them for over 20 years. Dr. Bill who has retired started out treating my middle school class pets for a minimal change in 2002, and my sweet Schnauzer. The group routinely helps owners to use over the counter medications and treatments as often as possible. This is a practice that acts humanely and takes cost into account. I have had four dogs consecutively with them and have always been impressed with their empathy, amazingly up to date knowledge base, and sage grounded advice for animal care. I cannot recommend this group highly enough!! Tiffany, Sophie the puppy and Chucho the dog.

As with our two previous cats, East San Rafael Vet continues to be efficient, accessible and reliable. One of the two new kittens has been having some gastrointestinal issues and they saw us same day, gave us clear concise explanations. Our two new kittens will have consistent care from them.

I have been bringing my standard poodles to East San Rafael Vet Clinic for 25 years. The care is excellent. Most importantly, they love the vets and go up to them begging for petting (and treats of course). My poodle before this one lived to be 15years old, thanks to their good care. Maggie, our current poodle is 8 years old. I am thrilled she is under their watchful eye.

I was hesitant for many years to get my 13 year-old dog’s dental cleaning because I was afraid of losing her under anesthesia. When I finally decided to schedule an appointment, Dr. Schneider and the team were incredibly reassuring. They ran thorough tests to make sure she was a good candidate for the procedure and took the time to explain everything clearly. Throughout the process, I felt confident that my dog was in good hands. The clinic was clean, the staff was kind, and I appreciated the periodic updates I received during Bella’s surgery. She recovered quickly and is doing great! I’m so grateful for the excellent care and compassion shown by everyone at East San Rafael Veterinary.
