Cat's Cradle Boarding & Groom

Great place! We’ve boarded our cat at Cat’s Cradle twice and have had complete peace of mind each time. Our cat is a sweet, shy boy who needs medication twice a day. The staff are professional and fully capable of administering it without any issues. The facility has a beautiful shared space for the cats, and the individual areas are kept very clean. We wouldn’t hesitate to board him here again.

I took my beloved long-haired cat Smokey to Cat’s Cradle, and I couldn’t be happier! They did an absolutely wonderful job — they bathed him, carefully brushed out all the stubborn hairballs (even in the tricky spots I couldn’t reach myself), and now his coat is unbelievably smooth, silky, and soft. He looks like a little prince! 🐾 The staff was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional throughout the entire process. I felt very comfortable leaving Smokey in their hands, and it’s clear they truly care about the animals they work with. I’m so grateful for the amazing care they gave him — we will absolutely be coming back, and I highly recommend Cat’s Cradle to anyone looking for top-quality grooming with a loving touch. Left my kitty Bruno for 3 days and was very satisfied with my experience. They have a big play room for the cats and the staff is super friendly. My cat needed medication and they were able to give it him daily I emailed them throughtout my trip and they answered all my questions. Will definitely use cat' cradle in the future

From the moment I did the first tour, to the last visit with my cat Winifred (and all the many stays prior), every interaction with the staff, and all of the times boarding her, have been fantastic. Despite her being a wild (!) cat, the staff always figured out ways to interact with her and make her comfortable. They took great care of her over the last few years, and gave me peace of mind on my travels. They were always willing to go above and beyond to help. Shout out especially to Jessica and Leila for putting up with her antics and always keeping me posted on her progress, as well as for their flexibility, warmth, and great communication. First time getting my cat groomed and first time coming here... A little chaotic and staff was a little rude at drop off. Didn't ask anything about my cat and didn't say anything to me about how he did during the process. The lady brought him out hanging under her arm and then shoved him into the carrier. She applied the flea treatment way too low and on one side of his back making it reachable for him to lick it and getting in his mouth. After being home for an hour his fur looked worse than before I took him in, and all he did when we got home was lay down on my bed and groom himself. He grooms himself all the time and never has his fur look like it today after taking him. Just a weird experience and the staff wasn't very personal.
