Ken's Carpets and Flooring

We are repeat customers, having bought several area rugs from Ken's Carpets in the past! This weekend, Ann helped us to find a great-quality remnant about 8'x10' from their stash, in a nice neutral color. The amazing thing this time was that they offered to bind it by 3:00pm, since they do it in-house, and so we had our new rug the same day, which I never expected. We also purchased the thinnest pad available to protect our floors. We then took a look at other flooring options in the store, since we need to replace an aging laminate floor in our home; Ann gave us some great advice and options to think about, including engineered wood planks as well as traditional hardwood.

Ken and Anne were very helpful in selecting new carpets and area rugs. They have a wide variety of types, styles, and prices, and Ken was great at helping me to understand the different grades and fibers. The installation went very quickly and smoothly and required no preparation on my part. The quality of the carpets is excellent. I highly recommend Ken's Carpets and Flooring.

Ken and his team were amazing! I was concerned because we had a relatively small rental unit and I thought we might be TOO small. But Ken made sure everything went smoothly. Setting up an appointment on-site, the in-store consultation and material selection, getting a VERY reasonable quote, completing logistics and then picking an install date. The two-person work team was thorough in removal and fast with the very clean install. Ken’s Carpets did an amazing job with both our new carpets and vinyl floors. Highly recommended.

We had a really nice experience working with Ken. He is knowledgeable about flooring and carpet, and he helped us to make good choices for a family with 4 kids. When we visiting the store, he was extra kind and helpful with entertaining our kids while my husband and I looked at samples. Our installation experience was great. They arrived on time and I really had no worries about them in our home while we were away. We came back to beautiful flooring and I really appreciated the photos that they took and sent during the job
