We decided to try a new pet service after having a few issues with our current pet sitter. I’m so glad we did. They were fast with communication and very friendly. Their pricing for services was fair and their online system was fairly easy to use. Melissa was assigned to be our cat sitter and she was fantastic! From the first meet and greet, we were put at ease with her coming to take care of our cats. Our cats were so comfortable with her. Melissa was on time to every visit, she took care of everything that needed to be done, and she left us amazing updates about our pets with adorable pictures of them. We are so happy with Zen Paws Pet Sitting and Melissa, we will definitely be using them in the future!

I highly recommend Zen Paws and hope to use them again. They made the whole process easy & the App works great. I was initially tentative about having someone look after my senior cats that are skittish around strangers. Melissa quickly got them to warm up to her and provided plenty of attention during their visits. She also administered insulin shots for one twice a day without issues. I enjoyed getting details accounts of her visits and photos which put my mind at ease. She even kept their litter boxes clean. I came home to happy & healthy cats. 😊

We had the best experience with Zen Paws and Melissa when she took care of our cat while we were out of town. Our cat is an older cat and has diabetes and needs insulin twice a day, so it’s tricky to find someone who can care for him. When we got home from our trip he was so happy and frisky, unlike any other time we’ve left him, even when we’ve left him with friends he knows. The rates are really reasonable and our cat got to stay in his own home. Cannot recommend them enough!

Zen Paws Pet Sitting are amazing. I have no worries or that guilty feeling when I travel. The detailed daily reports including pictures are fantastic and let us not forget the pampering and attention Scaredy-Cat receives from Melissa who is the best, all the pet sitters are. I have used Zen Paws over 1 year and will continue to.

We had to leave our dog Izzy with a pet sitter for a week this summer. This was the first time that we left her with someone other than a friend or relative. We couldn’t have been more impressed with our sitter, Justin, and Zen Paws in general. We got detailed updates 3 times a day along with pictures of Izzy. This put us at ease and we will able to enjoy our vacation. I highly recommend Zen Paws if you need someone to watch your pet(s).
