Maxwell had his hair groomed yesterday and Jule botched it up! We have been a customer for over a year and I’m very disappointed with his cut. I explained to Jule that we went to Petsmart during Christmas and his haircut was cut to short then. But not his face or tail. Jule told me that his fur was matted!! How can it be matted it was only 2 months ago since his last grooming!! They charged us extra $10.00 for something that I didn’t want! I’ve been to a lot of other do groomers for over 14 years and this haircut was the worst! We talked to the manager and he didn’t compensate for this horrible haircut! I’m a hairdresser and if I messed up this badly, I would be fired! Now I got to be a groomer. To Stacey, I added two pictures. 1. Maxwell had a good groom on October 2025 by your place.

First time customer and I was disappointed to see the change from the original quote. We’ve been going to Petsmart in Canton to get my shi-poo groomed and it’s always $55 (before Tip). I had no reason to leave but I saw peppermint parlor’s ads and thought why not help a small local business. They quoted me $60 for his cut but at pick it was changed to $75. I believe the $15 up charge was for a Mohawk but it should have been mentioned at drop off/check-in. 4 stars given because over all the cut was good but his face could have been rounded evenly.

They did a good job grooming my Cockapoo!! The PROBLEM was when I called to make an appointment , Chris quoted me 65$ When I picked him up the receptionist told me it was 75$ I asked her what was the extra fee she said there was none. She told me “He” probably confused my dog with a “cavapoo” That’s why it was more!! She also asked me for a tip! Which I found to be TACKY!!! We Won’t Be Back!!!

Peppermint pet always has my dogs looking and smelling so fresh. I have a lab/pit mix and a goldendoodle, they do a wonderful job on both dogs 🐶

My cavapoo’s first groom was the best it possibly could’ve been! Jules did exactly what I asked for, and my boy seemed to have had a great time with her. Gus cannot wait to come back. Peppermint lives up to the great reviews that brought me in!
