The convenience of having a full grooming service come right to my door was unbeatable, but what truly set Renee apart was the calm, gentle way she worked with my dogs. Renee was patient, professional, and clearly passionate about making pets feel safe and relaxed. My dogs came back looking amazing—clean, soft, beautifully trimmed—and, more importantly, completely at ease. The whole process was stress-free for all of us, and the attention to detail really showed. Highly recommend! We were grooming our poodle mix ourselves to avoid sending our sensitive and nervous dog into a traditional groomer.
