Benson's Pet Center

Thank you Benson’s! I stopped in here to show my new little rescue an old stomping ground I hadn’t been to in a while. I rescued a cute little terrier from a kill shelter— rescue situation. The staff that were there the evening of December 3rd were extremely kind and offered up some goodies as they have a program of food and treats for rescues. Everyone was so nice and kind; it meant so much. Thank you!

Benson’s Pet Center in Albany is wonderful, there’s a friendly atmosphere and they are committed to serving the local pet community. The inventory is excellent. Shopper will find a wide variety of products for all types of pets, including cats, dogs, birds, reptiles and small mammals. The shelves were stocked with quality pet foods, toys, accessories, grooming supplies and much more. Whether someone is looking for specialty items or everyday essentials, the selection caters to both pet owners and pets. They were going under a little remodeling, the changes so far looked amazing. The staff was amazing, knowledgeable and approachable. Ready to answer question, offering advice and help customers find the products they are looking for their pets. The best of the best. Between the products and services they offer, and their customer service -- they just can't be beat. They always take the time to answer questions and give great advice, whether it’s about food, toys, or pet care. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a fantastic selection of products for all kinds of pets. Also, their rewards program is great. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves their pets. We have 4 cats and Benson’s is our go to for cat food, treats and litter. They have a HUGE selection of high quality cat food and at very competitive prices. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and the rewards program is amazing. We have saved a ton of $ AND 10% military discount.

Reasonable prices, everything you could ever need, and lovely staff!!! If you're looking for litter recommendations, I suggest World's Best Cat Litter low tracking and dust control (orange and white bag). Litter deodorizer is also a must! :)
