Pet Supplies Plus Albany

I’ve been shopping here for years, and I’ve never seen the store this poorly run! Every time I come in there are only one or two employees trying to handle everything. One young lady up front was very helpful and polite when helping me find my items. The staff are clearly overwhelmed, but still polite. They deserve way better support from management.

Justin was amazing. He defused a potential disaster when an entitled white guy said “I’m in a big hurry” so of course the world has to stop. But either way calm and a couple winks, it was all good. 😌 He is the best, they are all amazing and the prices are so good and the customer care is just right.

My pup has a chicken allergy and Pet Supplies Plus in Albany has a great selection of food, treats, and snacks that don’t contain chicken. I’m always greeted at the door. Prices are super reasonable too!

I love this store. The employees and managers love animals and it shows in there level of interest in our fur babies, helpful suggestions, and product knowledge.

I've been coming here for years, and I've had consistently good experiences at this store. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They're good about getting curbside pickup orders out to your car quickly too.
