Breathtaking restoration of my antique Persian rug! From the first phone call to final delivery Mr. Jafri, Humza Jafri and staff were a pleasure to work with. They took time to explain the details and history of my rug, explained each step in the process, and kept me informed throughout the restoration. Their knowledge of traditional dyes and weaving are impressive and I am planning on bringing more rugs to them because they are a trustworthy, established business. Amazing restoration! The owner was very confident about the process and made me feel at ease. I was not expecting that my rug would look brand new! The colors popped even more, and the edges were restored where my dog had chewed and eaten them. I am 100% satisfied and can’t recommend this business enough!

These people are nothing short of amazing! I have a priceless, Persian heirloom rug. They have cleaned it many times for a reasonable price. I have also had them clean other expensive rugs. Just recently they did a full color restoration and fringe repair. The price was reasonable, but when. I got the piece back, I was in shock, completely speechless by the craftsmanship and pure skill these guys have. They also pick up and deliver, which is yet another amazing service. Humza at Jafri Orientgal Rugs was there for me. Following a fire in my apartment building I had 7 rugs that were damaged and badly needed expert cleaning. These rugs are old, hand made and colored using only vegetable dyes, traditional cleaning would have destroyed them. They had been bought in Pakistan, part of my home for 40 years and a piece of my history. Jafri staff, who were both entirely sympathetic and knowledgeable about rugs, came and picked them up within 24. They were cleaned, properly rolled and returned beautifully done within a month. I could not have asked for more. Thank you Humza and staff.
