I had to put down my 11 year old Layla down this past week due to medical issues. Dr Gates was so nice and caring while treating my dog the staff was also very caring. I will recommend Dr Gates to anyone

Front desk is so unhelpful, I went in person to make an appointment and kinda felt like I was bothering the receptionist. I had to cancel due to work obligations and called to reschedule appointments and now I don’t show up in the system . I feel like the receptionist could’ve given me other options like scheduling me an other appointment since I supposedly wasn’t on the books . I feel like I was a complete bother to these ladies I wish it would’ve worked out here since it’s so close to me .

Very nice vet. Dr gates is thorough and explained Everything clearly. I've been coming to this vet for over a year. Still impressed with the care and reminders. He never tried to do a bunch of extras like some vets. * I just had them spayed and it went as smooth as possible. They are a little sore but that's expected. As always I am more than satisfied with this vet . He made a special day for me to get the surgery done since when I brought them earlier they were just finishing there cycle.. Awesome!

Unfortunately we had to make an appointment to put our cat baby to sleep. The staff was very helpful, understanding and gentle managing this sad and difficult situation. Thank you so much for all the hard work y'all do!
