My husband and I took Max (our beloved 14 year old rottie) to the vet as a walk in because he was crying when moving his neck. They were able to see us the same day, get bloodwork, and X rays to rule out the scary diagnoses. They reassured us when necessary and were prompt with results. They healed up Max with meds and he’s back to being his sweet playful self. The team at Petfolk is compassionate and treated max like they’ve been seeing him for years. I will absolutely be returning for routine check ups and anything else my pups need.

Finally have the emotional strength to leave a review. We took our baby here after being sick for a day or two. The ENTIRE team did everything they could to help our little boy. They didn’t stop until the very end. They even stayed AFTER closing time to try and save our baby. The customer service is immaculate and they are there to help you in anyway they can. Unfortunately our kitty passed away but they did everything they could to help. They went above and beyond and wouldn’t have gotten elsewhere even if I had the chance. Will be taking my pets here for future appointments.

We brought our dog, Athena, in for a follow-up checkup and had a great experience. The vet tech was wonderful—kind, patient, and thorough. The vet was equally wonderful and made sure everything was explained clearly. We always feel confident bringing Athena here. 🐾

Yesterday we had to make the very difficult decision to say goodbye to our cat of 18 years, Newt. She was truly a member of our family, and this loss was incredibly hard for us. The staff at Petfolk were compassionate, gentle, and treated her life with such honor and respect. They took the time to comfort us, explain each step, and ensure our cat was peaceful and surrounded by love. We are so grateful for their kindness and care during such an emotional time. It meant the world to us to have a team that showed so much empathy and professionalism. Thank you for helping us through one of the hardest days with such compassion. When we’re ready to welcome a new family member, this will be our place for care.

We love Petfolk! It’s easy to make an appointment.( same day appointments available also) All the vets and staff are kind, honest, caring, compassionate, and treat all the pets as if they are their own. Labs and fecal exams on sits. Same day results given even some results within minutes.. Knowing I can get ahold of a vet at any hour with being a petfolk member, The peace of mind they have provided is priceless! I love all drs they have on site especially Dr. Leslie Stinson Serrano. My babies are super excited to see her and everyone at the office. I highly recommend Petfolk to anyone needing a high quality care that will not break the bank.
