We went over square footage of the area that needed replacing, carpet samples to match existing carpet, scheduling, and pricing all within the hour. He was personable and efficient. Shortly after he left, I spoke with my husband and canceled another appointment to avoid any delays. I let David know we needed this done quickly and before furniture was delivered and we were scheduled for the next business day. The carpet installer (Rodrigo) and his team came and got to work.
