Your Pets Peeve

Very unprofessional business. Called and they made an appointment for my Golden Doodle to be groomed on a Saturday at 10am. I set up family pictures for 3pm. I brought my dog at 9:55. When I arrived I was told the groomer called me a hour before and needed to cancel the appointment. I was shocked that I arrived to be told that. I had not received a call and I was there on time. The woman who was there is a groomer and I asked if she would groom my dog. She said she could not and that my dog was a big dog and would take a lot of time. I was upset as she was taking in another dog while I was being told no. The dog she took in was a small dog I left and checked my messages. I did get a voice message at 8:56am a hour before my appointment. In the message she said to call on Monday and she wou

Big Papi is an 18 pound cat that gets his claws clipped once a month here. Quick, efficient service every time. He s a handful at home but he loves these girls and their great claw clipping!
