Sadly I completely agree with the other review saying the front desk lady is rude and had an attitude (the one with the accent). She definitely is, in more than one occasion she has been passive aggressive and rude. While there, in person and over the phone. She just called me back after I left a voicemail intentionally to argue with me and talk over me. I was trying to get a quote for vaccinations, I stated I wanted one because we were unexpectedly charged almost $1,000 to get our 11lb mini poodle spayed without her even staying over night. So to not have another surprise huge bill I wanted a quote. She kept insisting they gave us an estimate before for the spay which THEY DID NOT even if they respond and say they did… they did not. We definitely would have declined if we knew they were g

Just called to ask about pricing and possibly make an appointment and was met with an instant attitude from the person on the phone. If that’s how you greet your clients and especially new clients trying to make their first appointment, I actually don’t want to make a appointment now. Attitude alone just drove me to another vet so thanks, I’d rather take my animals to a vet that treats paying customers with some semblance of respect and friendliness, these animals are family that we trust you with.

Been going here for decades for multiple animals (Rabbit, Dogs). Dr. Cindy is awesome. Cares about her (furry) patients. Prices are reasonable compared to other locations. Most of staff is good to deal with. Was sad to hear Dr. Cindy is retiring this year. I hope the new vet is just as good.

Our Family Loves This Vet's Office. We've Come to This Office Since Dr. Cindy's Late Father was Seeing Patients & Continued Visits With Dr. Cindy When She Took Over. These Pics are of Our 4 Furbabies, that This Office Staff Takes Extra Special Care of. Unfortunately Our 2 Sweet Dogs have Passed, But Always Had Wonderful Care Here. Office Staff Always Knew Our Dogs Names Too. We Absolutely Love Dr. Cindy bc She Takes Time to Answer All of Our Questions & Talks to Your Pet Sweetly to Calm Them, During Their Visit There. This Office Staff & Dr. Cindy, Very Often Calls Us to Check Up on Pets Who are ill or to see if We Have Any More Questions. Highly Recommend This Office & Dr. Cindy, for Your Pet Care Needs.
