We absolutely love taking our mini poodle here! He gets super excited when he sees where we are. They take excellent care of him and we always leave super happy!

They do not need you … lol!!!! They rule and have a ton of customers because THEY ARE LITERALLY HALF THE PRICE OF EVERYONE ELSE!!! I was lucky to be recommended to go there by folks at John C. Rudy who have been going there for THIRTY YEARS. I asked them why they are so cheap and they literally said “we want to be able to look our customers in the eye” If you are lucky enough to get an appointment with them considering their popularity KEEP IT AND TIP WELL! Because there are not many FAMILY business like them and they are just a mom and daughter and they truly love our dogs….

Tess and her assistant really are good groomers except - since the quarantine & they went back to work I think they're trying to make up for lost money because now they do a dog in an hour and the last two times my dog was there it was less quality than what they normally did. My dog wasn't bathed properly, his ears were still greasy, his feet still smelled like Fritos, and he just wasn't as clean as they previously did. I just get the feeling that they're trying to make up for the money that was lost during the quarantine. I understand that but not at the cost of doing a poor quality job. I think they're better than that but they're doing damage to their reputation. I have been to several groomers in the area and they were the best but now their quality is going downhill. Professional, courteous and friendly. When Petco refused to groom our biter, Tes took on the challenge and we've had no problems ever since. They go out of their way to provide top notch service at an extremely reasonable price. We are forever grateful to Tes and Heather! Thanks

I've been to a lot of groomers in the area, Tess's Pet Grooming Salon is the best in this area!!! They love the dogs and take wonderful care of them and they do a fantastic job of grooming!!! They are reasonably priced and I'm thrilled that I found them!!!
