I had to take some time before writing a review after loosing my furbaby. It would be more accurate to call them a family doctor. They care for the pets, their not an emergency vet but have stepped up to the plate when needed. My dog Aili had to be put down due to old age health complications. The process emotionally was hard, but it would’ve hurt so much more to see her suffer. I appreciate everything this vet has done over the years for my old lady baby.

It's probably the easiest visit ever. Quick appointment, quick in and out service. I greatly appreciate the staff and them respecting and working with me as I get anxious visiting the vet as much as my dog Bear, maybe more. Literally was about 10 minutes from time I got Bear there and out. He got a heartworm test and 2 shots he was due for. Got results via text the next day with good news. Highly recommend if you are like me an anxious. I leave the room, and they do what they need, and everything goes well. Wish they sold his medicine at location as its been a nightmare ordering would be my only complaint.

My experience with York Road Veterinary Hospital is beyond amazing! My dog was recently in for teeth removal surgery. Upon picking him up I was greeted by the doctor and staff with updates about my dog - how he was doing, how the procedure went, and that he was a wonderful dog. Most importantly, my dog has never been healthier due to the recommendation to have some teeth removed that were cause halitosis, infection, and pain. He is doing amazing now and seems like a whole new dog! And, the price of the procedure was reasonable and worth every penny. Thank you so much to this incredible vet hospital - staff and veterinarians - who made for a wonderful experience! I highly recommend York Road Veterinary Hospital to all pet owners.

Made an emergency appointment for the same day for my new kitten who was a little under the weather, I’m very satisfied that they could fit me in for the same day I called! My baby boy Gus is now feeling great & they even called to check in and see how he is doing which I appreciate and it shows they really care IMO. Our normal vet is over an hour away and is way more affordable than other vets in the area but after taking my Gus here and paying only $150 for a check-up, dewormer, medication, and stool lab test I was extremely satisfied with the convenience and cost of York Road Vet. The staff is also great too! Thank you all for taking care of us!
