PetSmart

As a store and vet I am usually satisfied But last night I bought my dogs holiday bones. DO NOT BUY THESE. By the nights end 2 of 3 dogs were sick, one was peeing in the house which he never does and 2 dog beds now need to be replaced. I am going to the store today to share with them and hope they will take care of the issue.

Me and my friends recently came in to buy a pet and most of the staff was wonderful and very helpful, except for one lady (i unfortunately did not catch her name). we were very open to learning and understanding the proper care, but she came at us with a very nasty attitude that discouraged us and made us rethink if this was the place to get the pet. overall though we got a different staff member that was super sweet and helpful and made our experience better. overall i would recommend but maybe work on some attitude problems within the establishment (just that one lady).

Picked up a new walking vest for my big old pup.Store was nice and clean, well stocked.The only thing was I was in a long line with only one cashier there. But all in all, it was fine. Pup love's the vest, and as long as she is happy

When my beloved pets Oswald (Please see image), and Delilah are in need of a bath, or a haircut I look no further than this lovely establishment in Warminster PA. Since going to the salon some rock stars I want to highlight are: Casey, Sam, Maria, and Yessenia! Yessenia greets me and my dogs warmly and has continuously taken care of them throughout several years of superior service. I believe that the value I have received not only for me but for my dogs as well spent and would encourage others to take their pets to the salon :) Thank you Pets Smart Salon Team!
