With my dog having to be out down, I can say the staff here always made him feel welcomed. Remembering his name everytime he came in and made him feel welcomed as well as I have. They sent me a card in the mail with all the medical staff signatures and a message for my dog Kryzac. Thank you all for taking care of him💖

After several visits, and lucrative paydays for Banfield, misdiagnosing my dogs illness with a big cancer scare, I now need to put my dog down due to the services from them. I cannot warn everyone enough, as to stay away from this place. The optimum wellness scam they offer is impossible to get out of without, you guessed it, more money. Visit your local vet, not these corporate cash grabs, praying on people's love for their animals and their companions. I am not even going to have them put my dog down, as I fear that will be mishandled as well. I live in a urgent care desert for animal emergencies. I called Banfield Westminster on a Sunday in tears, I begged them to reconsider when told they dont do emergencies. The nearest was 18 miles as the crow flies. "Please! I don't drive, he's a service dog, and he may be going into sepsis!" "How soon can you get here?" "Now!" In 10 minutes, the Uber dropped me, and two vets were waiting at the door. They whisked him from my arms, and through the double doors, before the entry door had even closed. A vet tech directed me to a solitary room and asked me to document symptoms in the last 24 hours, starting from an hour ago. It had to be the most efficient vet team I've experienced in years.
