Yonan Carpet One

I had a great experience with Yonan Carpet and specifically Fabiola in the store and the carpet installers at the home. I was helping elderly sellers prepare their home for sale and has a specific budget to work with. Fabiola listened, ran through suggestions and gave a couple of samples to take back to the home. The product and price fit the budget and the installation crew was awesome. They were courteous, detail minded and I didn’t have to do touch ups on the baseboard. I don’t typically write reviews, but Fabiola and the installation crew exceeded my expectations

Repeat customer- great selection and service. My sales associate, Fabiola, was super helpful with my carpet selections and had great ideas for the rooms, based on room purpose. My purchase wasn’t a huge one- it was a small bedroom, and front and back enclosed porches, but I got great service!

Karen Gaimari’s service at Yonan’s is nothing short of exceptional! I’ve used Karen’s services for years. First when we were finishing our home. Then again when we had a pipe break and had to replace some carpets. But her latest help came after we moved to a new home in a new state. She helped me find the carpet we had used previously AND the place to buy it from. She wasn’t getting anything from the sale. She wanted nothing for her help — just doing it because she cared. Karen is talented. Her company is timely and strong with communication. The best part —Karen cares — a rare find in service today. I recommend Karen to all of my contacts for their carpet needs.

We had a terrible experience here. We picked out hardwood flooring and placed our order, then heard nothing for months and months. After hounding the elderly man who works there, the wood finally showed up and it was wrong. Another number of months of begging them to fix this and we got our wood. They completely overestimated the quantity for the size of our space and we ended up with 3x the wood we needed. Another six months of attempting to speak with someone and we finally got a pittance refunded and here we are, stuck with all this hardwood flooring that has to be stored at 55 degrees or it will warp. We have NO use for this but it’s taking up our space and we wasted so much money on this flooring, we are just sitting on it. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want two full yea

Ray came and did our stair and hallway carpet install and was just great. Arrived on time, finished early, cleaned up and explained all he did. We need more of him in the world these days.
