Happy Tails & Trails

Gerald has gone to both Happy Tails & Trails locations starting at just a few months old! He always comes home tuckered out from a full day of playing. He LOVES it! The team takes great care of him and I am always met with a smile at drop off and pick up. We feel very fortunate to find a place that we fully trust to take great care of him. Today he turned 1 and he got some treats and very sweet thoughtful notes from the team. I would highly recommend Happy Tails & Trails daycare services! They will take great care of your fur child!

We are SO grateful for Happy Tails and Trails 2.0! Polee LOVES playing with his friends, and Brady & Luis are so good to him. He literally drags me there and is so excited to get there every day!!

This place used to be amazing and we’ve been going here for years but I think their rating got to their heads and they’re about to experience their downfall and lose a lot of their loyal customers with their greediness. The service is inconsistent - the updates on our dogs with pictures that was promised once per visit is now inconsistent. Sometimes they remember, but sometimes they forget and say they got “busy” - no ma’am, we’re paying a premium to have our dogs come for daycare, so the least you can do is send a few pictures and give a quick text update at least once during the visit. There’s no excuse. Second, they raised prices for their grooming astronomically. What used to cost $45 for a bath and brush for our little dog the size of a shoe, with no haircut, is now $75-85. Nicole did an amazing job with our 6 month old puppy. She went at his pace, and assured us that since he was timid they could keep him in the front office or by dogs he gets along with only. We picked up a happy puppy with a great cut! Thank you, Nicole!

Kebab loves his overnight stays at Happy Tails! Staff are super friendly and send text updates on my pup when we're away. We love it here!
