I originally started using this service for dog walking. I had just rescued a dog that had separation anxiety and she needed an outlet. I had them come M-F and they were very accommodating when it came to the time I needed my dog walked. Then one day I had to take a trip and had planned to be gone about 8 hours. I knew my dog couldn’t be alone that long so I contacted Randi, the owner of Bow Wow, and asked about boarding my dog Bella. Again, she was super accommodating and flexible because I wasn’t sure I’d be back in time to pick her up by 6:30 for daily boarding. Randi said I could leave her overnight and pick her up in the morning. It was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders not having to rush home. Bow Wow Meow walks my big dogs, Goldie, Haley, and Duke every day for me while I work. They do a great job. They are flexible as I have a changing schedule sometimes evening, sometime morning. they love their walkers and are always happy to see them. The service is very reliable and reasonably priced. They also care for my cat when I go on trips and I can schedule twice a day so he doesn’t get lonely. It would be impossible to work my hectic schedule without the Bow Wow Meow Purrfessional service. I also rely on them for grooming and with the Akita this is a godsend since she is a big shedder.

We love BowWow! We take our dog there for daycare 3-5 days a week. He’s special needs and he gets the care and attention he needs. Miranda is great. We’d recommend her to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about Bow Wow Meow, they are truly a gem in Chicago. The love and care they put into their work shows every single time my dog goes in. My pup comes home looking great, smelling fresh, and most importantly, happy. It’s such a relief to have a team that treats your dog like family, not just another appointment on the schedule. They take their time, pay attention to the little details, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. It’s hard to find people you trust with your pet, but Bow Wow Meow has earned that trust over and over again. I’m so grateful for the consistency, kindness, and top-tier grooming they provide.
