Roxy loves Sam! Sam loves her back! I so appreciate the understanding Sam has of the dogs individually! Roxy has so much energy & is sometimes misunderstood but Sam is here for her flaws and all! She'll definitely be back next week!

Excellent job grooming my newly acquired pound puppy. He needed to be shaved and bathed. He looks like a completely new dog. Loved the way they handled him with care and respect. Have already taken him back for a second bath. Want him to be accustomed to being handled by others. Shout out to Jazz because he has really taken to her.

Samantha has been grooming my big (spoiled and difficult) bullys for over a decade and I can’t imagine life without her. My baby I had to put down two years ago (at almost 15) had been seeing Sam the majority of her life. I was always so worried about her because I just couldn’t take her anywhere, she was very particular, and was a breed that people already judged. Samantha always took extra special care of her and never put her or any other dog in danger. She was good there and you couldn’t ask for a better care, they are more like family. Her children too, two of her kids went with me to put my baby down as a matter of fact. They loved her too. I also have a 4 year old, 100 LB bully Poseidon (The Don) that lays on the couch with the kids till I get there. Literally spoiled rotten. We LOV

The staff at Yappy Hour does a great job! Beyond my dog coming home very clean and well groomed, the staff was extremely responsive and even texted me to update how she was doing. Amazing work and customer service!
