Four Paws Inn

I recently moved to the Greenville area and needed a reliable dog groomer and boarding facility for my two doodles. Since they require grooming every six weeks, it was important to find a place that could handle both grooming and boarding for when I travel. Initially, I was hopeful. On November 29, 2025, I spent about an hour completing all required forms for each dog and received a text confirming the paperwork and appointment. Then came multiple requests for vet records—first on December 3, then again on December 4—because the documents provided by my vet didn’t meet their standards. I even had my previous vet/groomer confirm vaccinations and prevention meds before they finally accepted the dogs for grooming. The process was cumbersome. My Boots the Chihuahua really enjoyed her five day boarding at Four Paws Inn. She was so happy when I picked her up her coat and nails looked great as well. Thanks Four Paws Inn for a great experience.

I have brought my senior Persian cat to four paws many times and he always comes home so handsome. Recently I brought my newly adopted rescue dog who is not use to being bathed and they did a wonderful job with him. They were able to work with him to get him comfortable and he came home looking, smelling and feeling great. You could tell he felt better. Always a great experience!

This was our first time leaving our dog, Joplin for more than a couple of nights so we were worried about how she would adapt to a new environment and being around other dogs. The staff was amazing and kept us updated with how she was doing and when we picked her up, she looked beautiful, smelled clean, and seemed happy. The establishment was clean and we were welcomed with warm smiles when we came through the doors. We will definitely use them again for boarding and grooming services in the future!
