We had a fantastic experience with Tender Heart mobile veterinary service. Our dog Jax is larger than average and naturally cautious around strangers. Because of his size and his hesitation with unfamiliar people, past visits to traditional veterinary clinics have been stressful. Some clinics seemed intimidated by him, which only made the experience harder for everyone. Tender Heart MVS took a completely different approach. She was incredibly patient and gave Jax the time and space he needed to feel comfortable. Instead of rushing the appointment, she let him get familiar with her at his own pace. We love Dr. Lisa more importantly so did our beloved Sadie May. Our lab had became homebound and couldn't make it to any outside vets anymore without more stress. We were blessed to find Tender Heart and have Sadie's last vet visits be stress free and in her home comforts. Thank you Lisa for your caring and compassionate care for Sadie. Dr. Cheeseman is one of the best veterinarians I’ve ever worked with. She is prompt in answering calls or her assistant will answer questions. Coming to the house makes it so much easier when you have four or five dogs!! She is very kind and works with me to do what’s best for my pups! We live in Snow Hill and Dr. Cheesman comes on site to immunize our dog and two cats. Very reasonable fee and she is the nicest person to work with. The best there is!
