my husband has never insisted upon a groomer til he met this grooming place. They did so good when clipping and filing his nails. my husband said make sure it's at yappys. I heard he didn't behave that great today and had to take a break but he said they were so patient with him. Thanks you guys. I know this job is very demanding takes lots of patients and you must want to be doing this. This takes lots of stress off owners how love there dogs so much and they don't wanna worry if someone's going to be angry or irritated with there fur baby's. I would recommend to anyone

My wife dropped our dog off for grooming. It was discussed and agreed to take one inch off. To our surprise when we picked him up, he was completely shaved to the skin in his ears and looked horrible. Who does this to an animal?? I demanded my money back and asked them why they did this as my dog had no mats, I just bathed him last week and travel alot and have a reputable dog sitter. Please do not take your dog here, they are not groomers, they are shavers. I will never ever go back here again and I will tell everyone I know to not go here. I took my dog back there and asked them why they did this when specifically we discussed one inch and why they did not call us? No response, they have no customer service skills. I took my dog Dashbones to get his bath hair cut and nails done. He has never had his hair cut. He had so much hair and when I picked him up he looked so different I bussed out laughing. He now looks like a pug. They did an excellent job. He looks so cute. I will be bringing him back. Thanks again to his stylist ❤️ You are awesome❤️🐕‍🦺

My Aunt Brought Her Pomeranian Here To Have A Puppy Cut. 1. She Came Back SHAVED. 2. they Cut her nail too short and cut her private area. Well my aunt brought her back to have meds put on the areas. Well it was so bad my aunt had to take her to the vet.. come to find out they cut her little coochie and the vet said it was INFECTED so my aunt took them to the vet and they refunded her the vet bill money. I wouldn’t recommend this place they’re not very compassionate they rush through things and many things happen because they’re “in a hurry and super busy”
