Puppy Palace By Kumiko

Relatively new to Kumiko after our last groomer moved out of the area. Kumiko was very friendly, well priced, and did a fantastic job on our two pups. Very thankful to have found a new groomer for our little shih tzus.

Very accommodating, gentle, and kind! After the place I had scheduled with was closed, I did a walk-in here for my big rescue hound’s nails to be trimmed. Harley did a great job with my girl, despite her huge anxiety around nail clippers and not being staffed at that time to help for a complicated dog. (I was desperate, and the pup definitely needed them done that day!) Harley handled the challenge with a kind heart and calm approach. I totally recommend these groomers!

So I’m at a near by business and I spotted the Puppy Palace, which is new to me, never seen this business before! As a dog owner I walk in and after a few minutes a lady approaches me and I ask her, “ Could you tell me the price to have my dog shampooed or do you have a printed price this” Well the look she gave me will frighten you, and stated, “ We don’t have prices list and we are not taking new clients at the moment. I she could’ve at least told me what they charge for services, so I would know when they do take new clients again. Well this is one potential client she won’t be seeing when that time comes.

Kumiko is the only one I’ve found that my dog allows to clip his nails. Her other services are top-notch as well, but for us, not having to fight our dog to get his nails clipped is well worth it.

Harleigh has been our groomer for a long time and she does a great job with the grooming, but more importantly to me, she makes my anxious dog calm . Now our dog goes nuts when she realizes where she is ! She loves Harleigh ❤️
