WVRC Ozaukee

WVRC is a very nice, new and clean facility. We were able to get our dog Bailey in right away after he had a Grand Mal Seizure Sunday at 3:00 AM. The receptionist and Technician was there to greet us right away. They asked a lot of questions to help determine what may have caused the seizure. Bailey was seen by the Veterinarian right away as well. Many tests including blood work were taken. After diagnosing Bailey, the Veterinarian came in the separate exam room where we were waiting to explain all of the tests results, all of which came back normal. The total time we spent at WVRC was under two hours. The cost for this wonderful service was $725.00. So you ask why a four star rating which easily could have been a five star rating? It's Tuesday and we've received no follow up phone call

They were amazing. Doberman mix (75lbs) has signs of bloat and I called on my way in and they were ready for my girl the moment we walked in. Asked me forward questions to get her care started as quickly as possible and were able to help me figure out our next best steps. Stabilized my girl so we could get her to surgery as quickly as possible and help me make sure everything we were doing was in my financial means. Super grateful to their team and my Maggie is here today recovering because of them!!

I had to bring my kitten here because he wasn't eating or drinking for 2 days. Since it's so close to the holiday we were in a pinch financially. They made sure to keep us updated on pricing so we didn't go to extreme. Staff was very polite to us and Our kitty. Our baby started feeling better right away on the way home. All the staff were really nice and there was good options for cofffee tea or water.

Wonderful staff! Bailee got into the chocolate brownies. Took her to WVRC in Mequon. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They asked questions and answered mine, gave me choices, kept me informed, made decisions that would cause Bailee the least amount of stress, and when I asked the veterinarian what she would do, she offered her opinion. As wonderful as they were, I hope I don’t have a need for their services any time soon! When I do, I’ll be going back to WVRC!

WVRC Ozaukee is absolutely amazing. We had to bring our dog Gus in on Christmas Eve for a tooth infection - the staff and Dr. Mason were truly the best. Being a holiday - there was only one doctor on staff and we completely understood and waited. The wait was not long and we were able to get our dog on an antibiotic until we could get into the dental vet. Everyone was super sweet and great with our dog, Gus. Thank you to them all!
