The Feed Bag Pet Supply

If I could give 0 stars I would. My dog was groomed at the Feed Bag in Mequon recently with very clear instructions not to shave her belly. This instruction was not complied with previously and I was very clear of my expectations for this visit. Unfortunately, they chose to shave her “sanitary area” because they did not define that area as part of her belly. To make matters worse, my dog endured multiple cuts and scrapes that drew blood in various places. Ultimately, she needed the attention of her veterinarian to clean her wounds, receive antibiotics, and was forced to wear a cone for over a week until her wounds could fully heal. I LOVE this place. There are products here that you won't find elsewhere. Wisconsin-built cat trees, and other handmade items for pets. Lots of perks for dogs who come to visit, and I have brought my cats multiple times. Feed Bag had pawprint painting for pets in the Spring. We brought our senior cat, which yielded two sweet mementoes since he passed some months after that. I also patronize the aquarium area, which has a small but well-maintained fresh & marine area. All of the ladies who work in this store are knowledgeable & friendly. You really feel like a friend here.

We had a Make-a-Wish gathering there it was so awesome. The staff so great the building is huge. You could buy any and everything you want for your pet. They have a pool swimming area for you and your pet they have a grooming area for your pet, The Owner and the staff is great, very helpful very knowledgeable. Thank you to the staff and thank you to Make A Wish for making my granddaughter's Wish come true, a puppy an Alaskan husky puppy and The Feed Bag Pet Supply Store is sponsoring the family for food and other items for the puppy. thank you all so, so much. We love the Feed Bag for dog coats, beds, swim lessons, treats, grooming salon. They might be slightly more expensive, yet they provide options & service well beyond what you will experience anywhere else! The self serve dog bath rooms are great too, if you have reactive dogs. Close the door, and you’ll have it all to yourselves, for as long as you need. The swimming trainers are absolutely excellent!!!

Great place. A bit on the pricey side but I'm passing through and ran out of dog food. They do carry quality product.
