Absolutely unacceptable grooming experience. My dog has been groomed here before without issue so I brought him back. While he can be anxious during grooming, multiple professional groomers have handled him without any issues. This staff clearly lacks the training or patience to work with anything other than a perfectly compliant dog. They shaved him down before even bathing him! Then called me about an hour later to pick him up because he was “difficult.” He received no bath, no nail trim, no proper grooming—nothing—yet they still charged me. Charging for an incomplete, failed service is unacceptable. The groomer was rude and dismissive, even suggesting I “take him to the vet since he is "old" which made no sense given that this same business groomed him six months ago without any probl

Love the grooming services especially Dee who is very accommodating with my busy schedule, amazing with Yoshi and Flash, very personable and does a great job! Enjoy everyone at Pet Supplies Pet!! They are very knowledgeable, always willing to help and great sales! I would not go anywhere else! Thanks to the entire staff!!

I ordered several items, and then received a voicemail that they were out of stock for all but two of the items. They said that they’d cancel my order, at my request, and the coupon would go back into my account. I ordered elsewhere instead. Then I see an email claiming that it was delivered a day later. Worse, it was not delivered, so either they accidentally marked a cancelled order delivered, or they delivered a cancelled order to the wrong address. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Friendly staff, great deals, and they even shipped me an item next day from another location at no extra charge so I could get the right size for my pup! This store is a little out of my way, but I still go to it cuz the staff are always very kind & helpful.

I stopped in randomly after leaving game universe, Lizzie was really helpful in picking out this really cool cat fountain! Also, great game store nearby!
