Wow Woof Dog Grooming

I had taken another dog previously years back…i recently got a goldendoodle he is just 3 months and he was getting groomed for the first time at this location…the lady seemed not friendly at all when we dropped him off and even my husband said I dont think we left our dog in friendly hands…i said will see when we pick him up…well when i picked him up the lady had a total different attitude (friendly) she got my dog and showed me he was missing a big chunk of hair and said did you try to cut his hair once? I said no then she said did he get burn? I said no! But it was obvious her clippers fell off her hands and it took a big chunk off my dogs hair where she tried to say maybe i caused it by trying to cut his hair or by a so called burn…i still managed to pay and not make a big scene but she

I have been taking my 4 dogs there for more than a year. At the beginning i did not see any problems, as we keep going my dogs will come with small scratches but did not see a big deal. Today my dog did not wanted to go in but I carry him and let them know what I wanted to be done to the dog. As i am there they search for my dog info they told me that on their notes said he bites!! I am quite in chock because I have taken him there and no one has mentioned that to me. So i told them I dont think that note is right and explain that is the first time i been told that, So they mentioned if he bites I will be charge extra, me confident of my dog did not see and issue so I said ok. We were on a last minute trip to San Antonio and my dogs needed their haircut really badly, and Wow Woof got us in the day we called. They were taking walk-ins, which was amazing for us. They were very friendly and kind, making sure we got the best haircut for the poodles. Audrey even got her nails painted purple! And they have options for perfume/cologne that you can choose for your pups if you like. They also sell really cute ties and bowties, as well as collars and harnesses. I would definitely take my pups here again when I'm in town.

My dad takes our family dogs here on a pretty regular basis, so I decided to take my husband and I’s dogs to get their “stink” out. Both my big pups were greeted with love and care and taken in upon walk in. A few hours later I came to pick them up and they were SO soft and smelled amazing! On top of that they had cute little bandanas on them. Just a pleasant interaction overall with staff. They know what they’re doing and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Great easy and fast service! Called in the morning and they got me in at the time I wanted. Groomers knew what I wanted and exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be back next time.
