World of Floors gave exceptional service from the minute we walked into the store through the installation. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with. With the tariffs, delivery was a little longer, but that is not anyone’s fault.

We are so happy with our new Cashmere floors! The installers were professional, efficient, and finished the job faster than expected. Absolutely love my new floors. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. Emil was patient and never pushy, and he came out both to inspect our old floors and again before installation.
