This is our absolute favorite pet store! The staff is always so friendly and helpful! We like bringing in our pup for a little adventure too! We also loved being a part of their ice cream social this past weekend! Our pup enjoyed some free ice cream and a photo op!

I recently took my cat, Snoop, to a holistic vet and left with a laundry list of food allergies to avoid. Finding the right food felt overwhelming—until I came to Premier Pet Supply. Gia and Piper were amazing! They helped me shop, checked labels, and guided me toward options with the right ingredients. They had SO many choices that met my cat’s needs, which was such a relief! Even though this store is 30 minutes from my home, it was close to my vet—and I’d gladly drive out of my way again for the exceptional service from Gia and Piper. I’ll definitely be back to bring Snoop here for another wonderful experience. Thank you for going above and beyond for both of us!

Unbelievably rude worker. I don't know the name of the woman, but who ever was working Sunday morning, 1-25-26 at 10:30am is a disgusting person who clearly doesn't care about animals. Horrible, disgusting, human. "Not my problem" to the well being of a cat.

I have been shopping at Premier Pet Supply since I transitioned my dogs to a food they offer after a visit to the store one day. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, always willing to answer my questions and offer recommendations. They have a fantastic selection of high-quality dog food, treats, and toys. I had a terrible accident a couple months ago that required multiple surgeries on my ankle, temporarily preventing me from driving. The stores delivery service has been an absolute godsend! Sometimes I like to try out different treats when I order dog food & will add on something we have not tried.
