World of Animals Rittenhouse is, hands down, the best veterinary practice we have ever been to! Our dog has received the most incredible care here, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Matt Cravens and the staff. Dr. Cravens truly cares about his patients. He takes as much time as needed with you, never makes you feel rushed, and makes sure all of your questions and concerns are fully addressed; which is so appreciated, especially during stressful situations. He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly stays up to date on what’s going on in the veterinary world. Dr. Cravens and the rest of the team were extremely helpful during my new pup's first appointment. First, I accidentally showed up a day before my appointment and they were happy to accommodate me and fit us in. Next, from the moment they interacted with my dog, it was all care, curiosity, and concern. They wanted a full briefing on behaviors and were more than willing to answer any questions in detail about behaviors I had observed since getting him. They also have very honest business practices(which can sometimes be hard to find) and, most importantly, my dog felt safe and comfortable.

Now THIS is how it’s done! I have had many dogs and been to several veterinarian practices, but this is by far the best. From the ease of booking, no wait time upon arrival, the courteous and professional staff to the talent of Dr. Cravens…this practice is top notch. Dr. Cravens took the time to really understand what was happening with my dog and thoroughly explained the diagnosis and treatment. The practice also has diagnostic equipment right on site , so no waiting for cultures to be sent out and results returned days later. Results were available during our visit and treatment able to start immediately. And the cost is extremely reasonable. This Practice and all of the team get high ratings from me along with an abundance of gratitude . Thank you!!

I love this place. Not only are the doctors nice but the prices are so reasonable (and especially compared to nearby vets). I do not feel like they are fleecing me and they work hard to consolidate appointments/vaccine visits. The front staff and techs are awesome. Very nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend.
