Jake is the trainer we worked with for 6 sessions. Our dog Maddy is VERY excitable and also reactive to other dogs/animals. We’ve learned so much in every session and have gained all the tools we need to continue our on-going training. Jake is the sweetest guy you’ll meet, our dog is crazy go nuts about him, and we felt very understood and supported the entire time. He also let us train our dog with his two dogs during a few sessions which was extremely helpful. We are a much happier and healthier family thanks to Jake’s assistance. Thank you, Jake!!!!!

Alex has been amazing at training our 4 year old rescue who had no prior obedience or behavioral training. He's been very accommodating to the reactivity issues our dog has and personalizes training to the needs of the dog. He also does amazing with walks when we need them and sends great updates and photos after each walk! Alex has gone above and beyond and I highly recommend him, especially if you are working through difficult behavioral issues with your dog.

Alex is amazing!!!! 10/10!!! I was incredibly anxious and frustrated by my dog’s often inappropriate engagement with people and other dogs. I was about to put him on medication but was so worried he’d be a shadow of himself. We’d done trainings before but were still having issues. I decided to give training one last go. I’ve had multiple dogs including Germans Shepherds but my current little buddy was incredibly frustrating. I first came across Man and His Mutt via google while frantically trying to figure out what to do after a less than ideal incident leaving me in tears. I then had an opportunity to meet Alex at Dog Days of Summer. He was incredibly kind and patient. We worked with over a few months and my dog has never been better! We get compliments from people who knew our do

Alex and crew are top notch. He is a dog whisperer and understands dogs intellectually and intuitively. He also communicates very effectively and teaches you how to integrate the behavioral techniques into your family's routine. He is reliable, hard working and simply excellent at what he does. Arielle has been an incredible addition to the team. She has continued to reinforce better behavior on walks and when boarding our Bernedoodle this past weekend, showed him so much love and we couldn't have been more at ease, knowing that she was taking care of him as if he was her own puppy. The team truly feels as if they are part of our family!

Alex is THE BEST at what he does. I have four dogs one of which is the baby of the family and needed a lot of beginner training. Alex quickly helped guide us into learning training techniques to master those obedience skills. My other pup, Ghosty, on the other hand is a COVID baby and also had a rough start in life. He is reactive to both people and animals. It was a slowwww moving process with Ghost. I previously had another dog trainer that stated that he was a pro at dealing with reactivity, but that ended in quite a disappointment. I tried many people and nobody wanted to help due to the level of reactivity that they got from Ghost. It got to the point where I had given up on trying to help him.. until I met Alex. He worked with my partner and I to understand Ghosty and help him with h
