Top Tails Dog Walking & Cat Sitting

Top Tails is wonderful! They really take the time to get to know my dog and what makes him comfortable and happy. They communicate very effectively too. I am so grateful to have them as part of my care network for my dog, especially when I have to work all day or be out of town. Highly recommend their services.

Top Tails did such an amazing job looking after my two cats when I was traveling out of the country for 2 weeks! We did a few trial runs before the actual trip that really helped to assuage my anxiety about leaving them, and Tanya was so accommodating and kind. I got updates daily and knowing they were well taken care of made my trip so much more enjoyable! Top tails is really dedicated to making sure routines are minimally disrupted and they get more than their basic needs taken care of. I will definitely be using in the future!

Tanya is amazing! I was nervous to hire a walker but I knew I wanted to meet with Tanya, as she has over 20 years experience in the pet care business. After meeting with her, all my nerves melted away with her warmth and experience. She connected with my pup right away and he was always happy to see her. The updates and photos from walks was always a highlight to my husband and my workdays. We were so happy he could get out of the house on days we had to be in the office, especially with someone so conscientious. Tanya also helped around the home, bringing in packages etc if they arrived while we were away. Things like that. I, unfortunately, left my position so I’m home now, but I will absolutely be hiring Tanya for one off walkies, cat sitting, vacations etc and have already recommended

Top Tails worked out perfectly for our cat sitting needs during the holidays. Our fur baby was visited everyday, even with an ice storm making travel sketchy. And especially cheerful when we arrived home, which is not always the case.
